Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Electrical Engineer. This position is located near Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The Electrical Engineer will responsible for leading the full product lifecycle of burn-in systems by customizing power delivery systems to meet customer expectations, producing schematics, selecting machine control hardware, creating design verifications, and troubleshooting with Production and Purchasing to resolve issues.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience ranging up to $125K plus other benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping lead the full product lifecycle of the power delivery system, including conceptualization, development of prototypes, testing, and finalizing designs.
- Produces system schematics, panel layouts, wire lists, bill of materials and procedures to support operations.
- Select and specify machine control hardware, including programmable logic controllers and all related modules and interconnected I/O devices.
- Customizes power delivery systems to meet customer expectations. Leads conversations with customers directly to clarify power requirements.
- Technical expert for electrical machine safety standards and industrial power interconnection.
- Creates design verifications and manufacturing tests to confirm the functionality of electrical components and systems.
