Electrical Construction Engineer / Field Engineer is needed for a leading manufacturing organization outside of San Antonio, TX. The Electrical Field Engineer will be responsible to oversee electrical building system design, startups, and commissioning activities. This role involves reviewing engineering designs, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will facilitate construction administration activities, conduct inspections, and provide technical expertise to support successful project execution.
Candidates must have 2+ years of construction management experience and 5+ years in electrical design. Experience in design criteria development for electrical systems is essential, preferably within industrial or manufacturing facilities. Strong organizational, communication, and schedule management skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project is also needed.
