An EHS Assistant is needed for an American multinational home appliances corporation in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. This role will support EHS programs by assisting in policy implementation, safety data management, compliance audits, and chemical inventory organization to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

responsibilities:
- Support EHS programs to ensure employee safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in developing, interpreting, and implementing environmental and safety policies.
- Work on project-based assignments related to manufacturing, field service, and continuous improvement.
- Assist Process Owners with the ongoing implementation of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) program.
- Support Site EHS Plant Managers in consolidating chemical inventories for digital platform transfer.
- Help execute audit compliance programs.
- Perform other EHS-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Associate's Degree required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
