Seeking a Technical Manufacturing Lead for a high growth start up client in the Watertown, MA area.
The Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and partners to build and deliver innovative solutions for customers. Direct and hands-on experience with large scale industrial systems is highly desired. Mechanical aptitude, project management and abilty to innovate are desired as well.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional internal teams to manufacture in-house designed pilot systems and solutions
- You will work closely with engineering, R&D teams, vendors, fabricators, and customers to ensure the on-time and on-budget development and installation of pilot systems
- Ensure systems meet performance specifications and achieve KPIs
- Apply hands-on skills to manufacture systems within the prototype production space
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve fabrication and construction issues throughout the project lifecycle

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
