- Safety & Compliance:
- Monitor safety KPIs
- Perform audits to verify compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Conduct training and coaching sessions

- Direct overall maintenance efforts to meet production and customer needs safely and efficiently
- Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues
- Implement equipment improvements and an effective preventative maintenance program

- Coach, mentor, and manage employee performance

- Develop budgets and forecast expenses
