We are searching for a Manufacturing Training Coordinator in Largo, FL to work for an industry leading manufacturing company. Candidates should have experience providing training and developing training programs within a manufacturing environment.

responsibilities:
- Evaluate job performance in context of the standard work procedures and quality standards.
- Provide hands on technical training to employees.
- Be part of the employee onboarding process and ensure employees are adept for their role prior to handoff to operations
- Ensure the documentation of training and assist in updating training records.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team, the Plant Leadership Team, Safety, and Human Resources to assure all associates complete required training.
- Familiarization of Continuous Improvement concepts/programs: 5S, lean manufacturing.
