In this role you will lead capital and process improvement projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with manufacturing production goals, budgets, and timelines.
Contract: 12 months contract with the possibility of extension.

Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical Trade Certification, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience with project management systems or methodologies.
- Background in automotive paint processes.
- Conveyor system design or installation experience.
- Ability to calculate and justify cost savings related to energy usage (Electricity, Natural Gas, Water, etc.).

- Investigate project feasibility, define scope, develop schedules, and estimate budgets.
- Prepare scope of work documents, bid packages, and detailed project specifications.
- Procure equipment, manage supplier relationships, and monitor project budgets and milestones.
- Supervise contractors in a field work environment to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate project activities with skilled trades, affiliate companies, engineers, and equipment manufacturers.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure minimal disruption during project execution.
- Maintain and update project schedules to meet critical production requirements.
- Develop and implement countermeasures to address project delays and maintain timelines.
- Identify and evaluate potential cost savings through energy-efficient equipment and systems.
