Leading manufacturer of products used in distilled spirits and biofuel is in search of experienced Plant Operations Technician within the greater Wahpeton ND area. We are seeking entry-mid level candidates that have experience preferably within a food manufacturing or industrial environment. This position will focus primarily on monitoring processes, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining equipment to adhere to optimize production. We are seeking detail oriented individuals that have a technical background.

responsibilities:
- Documentation of Raw Materials and process additions
- Data entry for testing and batch processes
- Trouble shooting of processes and equipment
- Adhere and document to records reporting to Process Technician
- Follow checklists and audits under the guidance of Plant Process Technician
- Performing routine sampling, labeling, and simple laboratory analysis
- Helps in emergency response activities
- Maintain factory cleanliness
- Handling of machinery and chemicals in a safe manner under the guidance of Plant Process Technician
- Report all plant hazards and safety violations
