responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize measurement methods, programs, and tools (CMM, OGP, vision systems) to ensure product conformity to design specs.
- Inspect and test molded components and assemblies using precision tools and perform workmanship evaluations using microscopes.
- Troubleshoot CMM/OGP systems and train technicians and inspectors on equipment and measurement procedures.
- Compile and analyze measurement data, conduct GRR studies, and assess process capability.
- Identify and report product or process non-conformances, maintaining accurate inspection and testing records.
