An E&C Engineer is needed for a utility holding company in the Denver, CO area. This role designs, develops, and tests engineering systems and components while ensuring performance, quality, and process efficiency through simulation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, modeling, developing, and testing machines, structures, or systems.
- Develops and defines functional requirements for engineering projects.
- Applies standard engineering principles and best practices.
- Creates simulations and prototypes to assess design performance.
- Designs and tests individual components and integrates them into final products.
- Monitors product quality and process efficiency.
- Evaluates design effectiveness in terms of cost, reliability, and safety.
- Investigates failures and identifies root causes to maintain quality.
- Recommends improvements based on performance and failure analysis.
