A prominent player in the on and off-highway trucking industry is seeking a Branch Manager to be based in Nashville. The Branch Manager will manage the largest truck repair branch for the company and lead a team of technicians. The Branch Manager will oversee service & parts activities at both branches and manage hiring of personnel. The Manager will handle training and devlopment of team members. The branch manager will also handle P&L for the entire branch. This is a top priority position salaried in the $130K plus range, plus variable compensation and bonus plan!

- Oversee all service & parts activities at the branch
- Responsible for P&L and financials for branch
- Manage hiring & branch personnel
- Responsible for training and developing of team members through continual improvement
- Handle Customer and Dealer relations, service contracts
- Manage branch inventory control
- Set yearly budget for branch operations & forecast service/parts sales for the branch
- Continual monitoring and reporting of key branch performance measures
