FOUR Automation Designers needed for immediate direct hire opportunity in the Winston Salem area of North Carolina!! We are in need of 2 Sr and 2 less Sr professionals that have proven 3D Solidworks Modelling skills within the Automation and Robotics industry!
The right individuals will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and perform at their best with a passion for designing automation and robotics.
The ideal candidates will have anywhere from 3-10 years related experience, a BSME, proven experience in automation or robotics design, a mind for continuous improvement, the ability to perform robotic simulations, and operate in harmony with an exceptional team of engineers and PLC/Robotics technicians.

responsibilities:
- Draft / Design solid models based on the design drawings and sketches
- Participating in mock-up phase, ensure compliance with to design specs and troubleshoot equipment for any issues
- Perform robotic simulations using simulation software.
- Create 2D electrical schematics and 3D electrical designs in collaboration with Engineers and Technicians.
- Document machine drawings, schematics, and BOMs in machine manuals with accurate labeling and secure storage.
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design
- 3-10 years of experience Solidworks (or similar) 3D modeling
- Design automation experience / Robotics Simulation
- Must have proven project management skills with top notch communication skills, both verbal and written
