A POC Administrator is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Manassas, VA area. This hybrid POC Administrator role involves supporting semiconductor facility operations by managing service connection points, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining client relationships through organized, adaptable, and tech-savvy communication.

responsibilities:
- Track and assign Points of Connection (POC) for services off main distribution systems.
- Manage daily tasks supporting client priorities and facility needs.
- Communicate effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Experience working with complex databases.
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and professional.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
- Familiarity with semiconductor design or construction.
- Quick learner with a drive to expand knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and process systems in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with facilities operations and engineering, particularly in implementing/refining capacity models.
