responsibilities:
- Design and develop various learning experiences (eLearning, instructor-led, blended media).
- Determine learning objectives and structure content to meet them.
- Rewrite complex content for clarity and learning impact.
- Create visual aids for both in-person and online learning.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure regulatory and instructional standards are met.
- Develop storyboards and maintain production schedules.
- Conduct research to support content development.
- Skilled in creating asynchronous and scenario-based synchronous learning.
- Ability to simplify and translate complex processes into understandable training.
- strong multitasking and project management abilities under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showing design, layout, and adult learning theory application.
Prefered experience:
- 2-4 yrs experience in instructional design and project management.
- Experience in designing and developing learning.
