responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation systems for various production processes
- Design and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other automation components
- Analyze automated processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical support for automation systems and equipment
- Manage any automation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- BS Electrical Engineering or similar preferred
- 4+ years of industrial automation experience required
- Experience programming PLCs from scratch desired, HMIs as well
- Experience with Siemens S7 or the desire to learn
- strong communication skills and team player mindset REQUIRED
