A Project Controls Planner is needed for a global engineering, construction and project management company in the Houston, TX area. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing engineering and procurement schedules for large-scale EPC projects, ensuring integration, progress tracking, and critical path management while coordinating across disciplines to support project milestones and performance goals.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or
- 9-12 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
- Proficient in schedule development, control, and analysis for EPC projects.
- strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in both office and field planning/scheduling functions.
- Proficient with:
- Primavera
- Microsoft Office
- Other planning-related software tools.
