A Lease Construction Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation. Remote work, Eastern OH preferred. The Lease Construction Manager oversees the onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center fit-out projects in leased facilities across North America, managing contractors and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, safe, and cost-effective project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in construction, operations, maintenance, or project planning.
- Direct experience with data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and connectivity systems.
- Capable of managing multiple projects in various phases.
- Experience with commissioning of new builds and retrofits in leased data center environments.
- Familiar with CPM scheduling and tools like Primavera P6.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
