A Water Resources Engineer / Storm Water Engineer is needed for a leading innovative green tech water planning organization. The Water Resources Engineer / Storm Water Engineer will work with planners, engineers, and designers across the U.S. to promote nature-based solutions and climate-resilient environments using cutting-edge software tools. This is a dynamic role which will blend technical expertise with strategic market development.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years' of experience in environmental or water resources engineering and holds a degree in water resources, urban water engineering, or a related field. Sound communication skills and familiarity with GIS, CAD, and hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM, TUFLOW) are essential.

- Drive market expansion of green tech water planning software by engaging with key organizations and building awareness
- Educate and support users through onboarding, webinars, and hands-on workshops

- Collaborate with the technical team to enhance software features and integrate user feedback
- Build a robust professional network within the water resources and stormwater community
- Travel nationally and internationally for events, client engagement, and onboarding
