A Structural Engineer with a industrial background is needed for a leading EPC firm to lead and support complex steel and concrete design projects. This role involves structural analysis, project management, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality solutions in alignment with our organizational values and standards.
Qualified candidates will hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license, possess 5+ years of experience, and have deep expertise in industrial building structures. A background in steel and concrete is essential; commercial-only experience will not be considered. Sound communication, organizational, and technical skills are required, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools and codes.

responsibilities:
- Lead the structural design and analysis of steel and concrete industrial buildings and foundation systems
- Perform engineering calculations, prepare technical specifications and reports, and review design details
- Manage project schedules, scopes, and budgets to ensure profitability and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to coordinate multi-discipline projects effectively
- Maintain and grow client relationships while supporting business development with technical input
- Utilize structural analysis tools (e.g., SAAP, RISA, TEKLA) and contribute to documentation using AutoCAD or Revit
