Candidates should have experience with servo drives, encoders, motors, and diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters. Skills in soldering (IPC-610), reading schematics, and using hand/power tools are required. Familiarity with Python, Jira, and data reporting tools is a plus. Communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (MS Office, ERP) are essential.

responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot a range of electro-mechanical assembly and test equipment.
- Support root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for functional issues.
- Analyze customer field data to identify and track performance trends.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble electromechanical components for customer returns.
- Set up hardware and software components during and after installation.
- Share real-time feedback with Assembly Operations and Engineering to support process and design improvements.
- Assist customers with equipment upgrades at field locations.
- Document all field installations and repair activities.
- Maintain service tools and equipment, both in the field and lab environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as ordering repair parts and managing lab supplies.
- Provide customer training on correct equipment usage.
