A Quality Project Lead is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Olathe, KS area. This role supports the planning and execution of low-complexity tactical projects by managing documentation, requirements, stakeholder communication, and project tracking within a structured project management framework.

responsibilities:
- Drafts portions of project review reports and presentations.
- Supports creation of project and workstream plans within the project management framework.
- Prepares complex documents and summarizes data for reports using various office applications.
- Identifies, documents, and validates user/project requirements; maintains traceability.
- Engages stakeholders and responds to concerns to build effective working relationships.
- Maintains and distributes project risk registers and issue logs.
- Reviews current operations and assists in identifying areas for improvement.
- Conducts research, workshops, and other activities to define project deliverables.
- Assists in drafting product documentation and user training materials.
- Negotiation and prioritization.
- Data analysis and collection.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Full project management lifecycle: scope, schedule, cost, quality, change, and integration.
- Requirements gathering, validation, verification, and management.
- Workflow and resource planning.
- Project tracking, risk, and issue management.
