In this role, we are looking for someone experienced in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics FSM with data analysis skills to analyze transactional data, specializing in service order management, data consistency, and end-user support.

Hybrid Schedule (1-2 days onsite): M-F 8 AM - 5 PM PST

responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve issues related to SAP service orders and notifications
- Analyze and ensure data consistency between SAP and Microsoft Dynamics systems
- Develop and document best practices to maintain data integrity and reduce errors
- Process SAP customer master requests involving changes to Plant, Sales Org, Functional Location, etc.
- Maintain and update data in SAP business systems, including install base and equipment records
- Create and manage SAP equipment records
- Work directly with internal customers to understand needs and provide guidance within defined business processes
- Promptly respond to user issues related to transactional data and system functionality
- Generate actionable business insights through data analysis and present findings to stakeholders
- Efficiently extract and combine data from SAP and other systems for analysis
