A Lab Management Technician is needed for an American multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services in the Redmond, WA area. This role supports a dynamic lab management team by performing equipment handling, lab optimization, inventory tasks, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced hardware lab environment.

responsibilities:
- Supports the lab management team in maintaining and optimizing a 100,000 sq ft hardware lab space.
- Performs tasks like equipment setup, movement, coordination of repairs, and general maintenance.
- 50% General maintenance and clean-up (e.g., moving and shipping equipment).
- 25% Lab optimization (organization, layout adjustments).
- 10% Recycling support.
- 10% Assisting logistics department.
- 5% Individual focused work ( heads down tasks).
- Lab functional optimization and physical reorganization.
- Hardware and inventory support for device distribution.
- Works well on a team.
- Self-motivated and independent-does not require micromanagement.
- Familiar with ticketing systems and can communicate task progress.
- Organized and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and office software.
- No specific degree or certification required.
- 0-2 years in lab/warehouse/office support roles.
