responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional Six Sigma projects that drive strategic business goals
- Guide and mentor Green Belts while promoting a culture of teamwork and ownership
- Analyze processes and apply advanced statistical tools to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate across departments to implement best practices and sustain results
- Conduct Six Sigma training and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure project execution is timely, data-driven, and aligned with the company vision
- Bachelor's degree in math, science, or engineering
- 4-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combo
- Solid understanding of Six Sigma principles and statistical process control
- Proficiency in reading technical documents and writing reports
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- Certification as a Black Belt (or willingness to achieve it)
