A manufacturer in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician. Candidates should have Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, or 2 years with relevant technical training specific to facility equipment. A technical degree is preferred. Must be proficient in single-phase electrical systems and motors. Advanced knowledge of three-phase electrical distribution systems will be needed. Hourly position, with overtime. Must be able to work days, nights and weekends. Medical and 401k benefits.

responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems across plant equipment.
Accurately document all work completed in the daily Individual Shift Report.
Maintain adequate inventory levels by properly logging parts usage and notifying supervisors of low stock.
Conduct general building maintenance and repairs as needed.
Perform electrical repairs on single-phase and three-phase power distribution systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment control wiring and electrical systems.
Inspect equipment and independently perform corrective actions within the scope of a Class B Maintenance Technician.
Adhere to safety procedures, GMP standards, and proper repair practices at all times.
Execute assigned equipment repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks independently.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
