This position is focused on controls engineering for battery manufacturing, with a primary emphasis on data analytics system setup and validation to support new model launches.
You will be required to have a good understanding of OPC-UA, CC-Link, SQL, and SCADA systems. Also, experience with MES and MOM system integration and configuring PLCs. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment connectivity protocols and visualizations for line status and health monitoring.

responsibilities:
- Set up and verify data analytics systems for battery manufacturing.
- Develop and execute internal control requirements for data collection
- Configure PLCs (primarily Mitsubishi) for network connectivity using SLMP, Ethernet TCP, and Ethernet IP protocols.
- Implement and support network systems on the shop floor
- Support server setup, configuration, and long-term maintenance.
- Plan and monitor network system installations.
- Identify field issues and coordinate with construction teams to resolve them.
- Provide training to local Team Members on new systems.
- Work cross-functionally across departments and international teams and participate in mentoring programs to support engineering growth.
