A Manufacturing Support Lead Associate for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Redmond, WA area. This role as an experienced manufacturing professional who supports and improves cross-functional production processes, quality, and systems through hands-on expertise and collaboration.

responsibilities:
- Supports production, business, and cross-functional processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Works across areas including production planning, quality management, systems and facilities engineering, material management, and process improvement.
- May lead or facilitate self-directed work teams.
- Provides training in core skills to teams and peers.
- Engages with internal and external customers for product planning, problem resolution, and process enhancements.
- Follows well-defined procedures and guidelines in daily tasks.
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing systems, processes, and procedures.
- Utilizes experience and judgment to solve routine problems.
