Responsibilities
- Support executive with all aspects of day-to-day life, both professional and personal
- Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct all phone calls and correspondence, making quick decisions on prioritization
- Manage all aspects of scheduling and coordination of executive’s calendar, ensuring there is balance within his schedule
- Make all travel arrangements for business and personal travel, preparing trip itineraries ahead of time
- Create meeting agendas or request agendas from other team members in advance of meetings to enhance efficiency
- Maintain impeccable organization and pay attention to detail throughout the day to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and communicated to the executive
- Coordinate with the executive assistant for the other Founder to ensure that communications are addressed timely and the schedules for each Founder are aligned
- Proactively complete tasks, often without direction, always anticipating necessary follow up and next steps
- Ensure executive is on time for all meetings and calls, providing prompts and other reminders
- Create daily tasks for executive or a ‘to-do’ list to prioritize critical activities and timely follow up
- Conduct business research when the opportunity presents itself to always find ways to improve in the position
