Responsibilities
- Organize, file, & maintain all employee personnel files (HRIS & paper), audit data for accuracy
- Maintain compliance with regulatory & accreditation standards by ensuring employee requirements are up-to date & not expired (i.e., licensure, certifications, medical requirements, competencies, etc.)
- Continuously increase both HR knowledge & HRIS application/tools knowledge
- Communicate with new hires to ensure all questions regarding paperwork & compliance are answered
- Assist with recruitment & interview process
- Prepare offer letters & documentation for employee changes
- Compose separation agreements & processes subsequent severance package payouts
- Review & process HR tickets for employee status changes, etc.
- Ensure all benefit submissions made by new hire employees are submitted & approved
- Develop & maintain working knowledge of current products & services offered
- Sensitive to highly confidential human resources & benefits information
- Maintain patient confidentiality & function within the guidelines of HIPAA
- Maintain compliance with Personal Identifiable Information (PII), Financial Information (DDI), & Electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) guidelines
- Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive data including employee & company information
- Complete assigned compliance training/other educational programs
- Maintain compliance with the company Corporate Compliance Program & applicable company policies, procedures, & patient protocols
