Responsibilities
- Input vendor bills into QuickBooks system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate and process client invoices with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Record client payments and update accounts receivable accordingly.
- Manage employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate reimbursement.
- Input and reconcile credit card transactions from three separate credit cards, including gathering supporting documentation and completing reconciliations.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for 15 accounts, with limited activity in approximately 50% of accounts.
- Assist in quarterly cross-border time collection processes to ensure accurate reporting.
- Answer and direct incoming calls on the main phone line in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and update employee contact listing to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Place orders for specific office supplies as needed, maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Manage incoming physical mail, including sorting and distributing to appropriate recipients.
- Perform light filing duties to ensure organization and accessibility of documents.
