Responsibilities
Permitting:
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications for various construction projects.
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure all permits are obtained in a timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date log of all permits and ensure they are renewed as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all permitting issues and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the construction management team.
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and prepare reports.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and invoices.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of project-related documents.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate permit requirements and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections with appropriate agencies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Update project management software with relevant information.
- Monitor compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the resolution of any compliance issues that arise.
