Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the CEO’s strategy by effectively managing various departmental managers, including Customer Service, Branch Managers, Sales, HR, and Acquisition Integration.
- Lead and inspire a statewide team of field technicians, supervisors, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Promote a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are well-trained and equipped to deliver effective pest control solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate field operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer service from the call center to field operations, enhancing customer retention.
- Ensure inside sales are closing at a high rate and identify opportunities for cross-selling bundled services.
- Oversee robust training and safety programs for technicians.
- Mentor future leaders within the business, focusing on junior managers for deployment to newly acquired branches.
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field teams to maximize efficiency and minimize response times.
- Optimize route and travel logistics to maximize productivity.
