Responsibilities
A store manager's responsibilities include managing store operations, staff, and customer relations:
- Store operations
Organize store operations, allocate responsibilities, and ensure store policies are followed
- Staff
Hire, train, and schedule staff, and provide quality training to ensure they interact professionally with customers
- Customer relations
Build and maintain positive customer relationships, respond to customer requests and issues, and evaluate and improve customer service
