Responsibilities
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Sets up new vendors
Matches and posts inventory invoices
Checks and verifying expense reports
Gathers receipts from employees and processes credit card statements.
Prepares and participating in special project including rebate process,
research and summarize
Enters invoices and processes all the payments, including preparing
manual checks as necessary
Billings, Filings and daily Bank Deposits
Review return authorizations and issue credit memo
Customer Accounts maintenance
Collections
Receive payments and post to appropriate customers and general ledger
accounts
Other duties assigned
Basic Qualification Requirements:
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
Must possess 3+ years’ experience in Accounting (Receivable and
Payable)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and good organization skills
Experience with MS Office and good computer knowledge required
Experience in trading/manufacturing industry preferred
Knowledge of Great Plain software a plus
