Job Duties:
Calendar management (this person will support 3 Global Heads); travel arrangements; processing expense reports; purchase orders; arranging video conferences/ TCs, and internal /external meetings across several time zones; and preparing materials for meetings. • Ability to support opening and managing purchase orders and receiving in the relevant finance systems (SAP, SRM) and skillset to track and support budget management (if needed)

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include calendar management (this person will support 3 Global Heads); travel arrangements; processing expense reports; purchase orders; arranging video conferences/ TCs, and internal /external meetings across several time zones; preparing materials for meetings.
• Ability to support opening and managing purchase orders and receiving in the relevant finance systems (SAP, SRM) and skillset to track and support budget management (if needed)
• Assist in logistical onboarding of new team members.
• May be responsible for composing correspondences and communicating information on behalf of leaders. • May create and prepare presentations/memos/reports for approval.
• Work with several other admins from GVA/MAP/GPSC to schedule meetings
