Responsibilities
- Event Schedule Management: Oversee and monitor the institutional event schedule using tools like monday.com, ensuring all events are properly coordinated.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and managing payments.
- Logistics and Execution: Develop and execute event logistics plans, manage on-site issues, and ensure smooth operations during events.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure events follow safety regulations and protocols, resolving any escalated issues and reviewing incidents for improvements.
- Financial Tracking: Track event KPIs, manage financial reporting, and ensure the accuracy of invoices and payments.
