As a Project Manager, you will lead the investigation, tracking, and resolution of client experience issues throughout the mortgage origination or servicing process. Responsibilities include updating and closing inquiries in proprietary systems, cataloging supporting documentation, and drafting responses to client complaints that adhere to legal and regulatory standards. You will work closely with Private Bankers, Financial Advisors, and Operations personnel to provide updates and support management with specific case reviews.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to assist in the development and delivery of training on inquiry procedures, manage inbound calls and emails, and ensure third-party vendors deliver exceptional customer service. You will also produce monthly and ad hoc reporting for senior management and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
salary: $44.44 - $44.45 per hour

Responsibilities
• Conduct the investigation, tracking, and resolution of client experience issues during the origination or servicing of a mortgage loan
• Input, update, and close all inquiries in appropriate proprietary firm systems; file and catalogue all supporting inquiry documentation
• Review/investigate allegations pertaining to Client complaints and draft necessary response communications adhering to company, legal and regulatory requirements
• Discuss as appropriate any/all updates to inquiries with Private Bankers, Financial Advisors, Operations personnel and associated partners
• Assist management in reviews of specific inquiries as needed
• Aid in developing, updating, and publicizing training on inquiry policies/procedures
