What You’ll Do:
- Master Denial Management: Utilize your expertise to track denial trends and optimize workflows, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing issues.
- Analyze and Improve: Identify inefficiencies in billing processes and recommend improvements that enhance our overall productivity.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with operational leadership to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver exceptional service.
- Training and Development: Help shape our team's success by identifying training needs and developing solutions that foster growth and compliance.
- Experience: strong background in Epic, EHR, and Revenue Cycle Management, particularly in professional fee revenue cycles and ASC denials.
- Skills: Ability to read and understand billing rules, denial management, and timely filing guidelines.
- Positive Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
salary: $31.17 - $41 per hour

Responsibilities
Proactively recognizes predicaments associated with complex issues. Provides feedback to leadership and makes recommendations for performance improvement goals and suggests areas for specific remedial training and also for process improvement activities. Collaborates with the operational leadership and/or other teams and may assist in the development and implementation of applicable and efficient processes and procedures.
