Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Responsible for investigating, negotiating, and resolving claims of moderate complexity, while guiding insureds and claimants through the claims process in compliance with policy provisions and jurisdictional requirements.

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims, ensuring compliance with policy provisions and jurisdictional guidelines.
• Guide insureds and claimants through the claims process, providing clear communication and support.
• Manage all aspects of claims, including hearings and litigation, while maintaining confidentiality and customer service standards.
