Job Description:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and professional welcome. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, managing patient interactions, and supporting our client's healthcare staff.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services and procedures
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
