Responsibilities
- Develop negotiation strategies based on procurement data and secure contracts with optimal terms.
- Leverage sourcing expertise in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing, with a focus on international purchasing.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to enhance workflow and cost efficiencies through effective policies and procedures.
- Manage MRP inputs, ensuring accurate supplier information and pricing.
- Prepare bids, analyze market availability, and oversee supplier performance to meet key metrics.
- Maintain competitive purchasing practices while managing inventory levels.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to support supply chain initiatives.
- Handle quotations and maintain records, ensuring timely follow-ups and profitability verification.
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with established standards.
