Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop, implement, and manage HR strategies and policies.
- Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Oversee the recruitment process, encompassing job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding for new hires.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local labor regulations; manage the preparation and submission of necessary reports.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary assessments, benefits administration, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, offering support to supervisors and employees.
- Provide guidance to the HR and Office Coordinator, fostering growth and development within the organization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in internal HR standard operating procedures, tools, and templates.
- Support HR teams in various project locations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and the Head of Finance & Operations on budgeting, staffing, and strategic HR initiatives.
