Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
- Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order entry to shipment confirmation.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and service issues.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating sales meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for clients.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
- Assist in forecasting and managing inventory to meet customer demand.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, production, and finance teams to facilitate smooth operations and support sales initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
