Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and analyze project estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office products and Procore for construction estimating and project management.
