Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee inventory and fixed asset inventory, analyze financial data, and provide accurate data to senior management for decision-making.
- Perform daily accounting processes including managing GL accounts, reconciling ticket accounts, and processing original accounting entries and creating PL form for analysis.
- Review employee hourly and salary Submit financial report on every Friday.
- Become familiar with the product to calculate the cost structure for each item.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards and local regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
