In this role, you'll be the go-to person for helping clients visualize how their ideas on paper will come to life. While blueprint reading isn't necessary, having great spatial awareness will give you the edge. You'll engage with both residential and commercial customers, providing top-tier service while juggling multiple projects.

Responsibilities
General
- Answer telephone calls during business hours and assist customers with sales, design and product construction related questions
- Confidently communicate with customers via phone and email; ALL communication is remote and not face-to-face
- Be proficient in product line including cabinet shapes, dimensions, features, colors, door styles, and price
- Update CRM system with current status and related notes as they pertain to customer service activities
- great communication skills, written and verbal, are a must
- Proactively follow‐up via telephone and email with customers that have contacted but have not purchased cabinetry. A variety of tools will be made available to help you remember when customers should be contacted.
- Follow-up with customers who have open Proposals on the schedule set forth in the Team Responsibilities schedule.
- Follow-up with repeat Industry Professional (contractors, designers, etc) customers for future projects. Build and maintain working relationships with these customers for future business and growth.
