We are currently looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining our financial integrity, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth, timely processing of payments. salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Match purchase orders to invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Schedule and prepare payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors, taking advantage of any available discounts.
- Reconcile monthly statements with vendor accounts and resolve any outstanding items.
