Responsibilities
- Oversees Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Perform daily accounting processes including managing GL accounts, reconciling ticket accounts, and processing original accounting entries and creating PL form for analysis.
- Maintains records of all financial documents with appropriate supporting material; update records as necessary.
- Prepare account reconciliations for prepaids, accrued expenses, fixed assets and various other accounts.
- Coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciling accounts, and closing the monthly books.
- Participate in the month-end close process.
- Reconciling bank accounts at least monthly.
- Other duites as assigned.
