Key Responsibilities:
- Review budgets for facility clinic centers and analyze contracts between centers and hospital partners.
- Assess fee responsibilities based on contractual agreements.
- Investigate past expenses and bill out any discrepancies.
- Engage in discussions with division controllers and partners to ensure clarity on financial responsibilities.
- Process refunds or credits on subsequent sub-agreements.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Great Plains and Adaptive is a plus.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with management and partners.
- Familiarity with full-cycle accounting and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities
• Perform the monthly financial closing processes including journal entry preparation
• Maintain and administer accounts receivable records and files among several third-party billing entities
• Perform & maintain month-end reconciliations
• Perform multi-location financial analysis against budget/forecast & full cycle accounting
• Collaborate with Revenue Analytics Manager to review rate trends, make recommendations on AR valuation, track cash collections, and monitor against accrual rates
• Prepare PBCs and support the financial statement audit
• Maintain AR aging and metrics reports, including reserve rates and days sales outstanding
• Ability to investigate and resolve any irregularities with billers
