Responsibilities
- Work alongside Human Resources and business units to aid in the development and upkeep of compensation programs that align with the Company’s pay philosophy and maintain market competitiveness.
- Assist the Compensation Team with annual processes, including merit increases, bonuses, incentives, and executive compensation programs.
- Evaluate, recommend, and approve ad-hoc compensation requests and changes within the organization, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance with established Company programs, policies, and relevant federal and state laws.
- Gather and analyze sensitive data for salary surveys and market trend analysis, regularly reviewing compensation data to identify issues related to equity, compression, or geographic differentials.
- Spot areas for process improvement and collaborate with vendors on configuration builds that support the Company's various compensation programs.
